Due to usual fluctuation in saffron price, the quotations are considered as valid for 5 days. While your payment (or down payment) is confirmed, the price changes will not apply to your order. However, in special circumstances and for large orders this time can increase so the purchase’s procedure can be completed.

Sending saffron is done only by plane. For other products will be sent by ship, truck or plane, based on the quantity, export destination and agreement with the buyer. After completing the order, you will receive a copy of the waybill or bill of lading with a tracking code by which you can track your order.

For saffron and products that need to be shipped by air, about 5-10 days after payment confirmation. And in the case of other products that must be transported by ship or truck, the delivery time varies depending on the distance and export destination and the means of transportation.

Common export documents include: bill of lading, waybill, insurance policy, certificate of origin, health certificate, invoice and packing list. If your country’s trade law requires other documents, please just let us know.

Jahandar Company tests and analyzes all its products by specialized and reputable laboratories licensed by the National Standards Organization. All JAHANDAR raw materials and end products must perform these tests. Customers can request technical analysis of their products orders in their own name.
